Freight Shipment Information – Items over 150lbs

To accommodate the LTL shipment and prepare you for delivery acceptance, you will receive a tracking email with links for instructions. Note the following:

  • Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables.
  • Funsicle utilizes a variety of LTL carrier options; as a result, not all deliveries are the same.
  • The LTL company will contact you to schedule the delivery date/time.
  • Please review the Order Confirmation email for accuracy of delivery address and phone number.  Any issues, contact Funsicle Customer Service at 888-670-4FUN.
  • Funsicle will deliver only to residential or business addresses that are accessible by a truck or small parcel delivery service.
  • To accept delivery of goods, you are required to sign for the delivery.
  • The LTL company is responsible only for unloading the package from their delivery vehicle.
  • The LTL driver is not required to carry or move carton/s onto the residence.
  • Upon delivery, inspect the package before signing for the item. If an item is damaged, refuse the item and contact our Funsicle Customer Service team at 888-670-4FUN.
  • If you refuse the item for any reason other than damages, this will result in a restocking fee and return shipping charges.
